Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program across multiple hospital sites in the region. You will directly deliver newborn hearing screenings, serve as on-site technical lead and ensure high-quality screening practices.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and real-time data reporting. Occasional weekend/holiday coverage may be required to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage high stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CPR certification required or obtained upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver newborn hearing screenings and document results.
• Serve as on-site technical lead ensuring high-quality screening practices.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and meet obligations.
• Train new hires and oversee performance evaluations.
• Monitor and report KPI’s and state/hospital reporting.
