Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum two years of managerial experience.
• Healthcare experience with newborns preferred.
• Experience managing multiple sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of newborn hearing screening services.
• Act as on-site technical lead ensuring high-quality screening.
• Maintain scheduling and staffing to meet hospital obligations.
• Coach and supervise Hearing Screen Technicians; conduct annual evaluations.
• Monitor KPIs and report to Hearing Screen Manager.
