Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee screening services across multiple sites in the region. You will lead the on-site team, ensure high-quality procedures, and coordinate with hospital leadership to meet program goals.

Role requires strong clinical coordination, staff supervision, data reporting, and scheduling capabilities. Weekend/holiday availability may be required in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Minimum two years of experience as a manager or combination of training and experience.
• Prior experience with newborns and/or in a healthcare setting.
• 1-2 years managing multiple sites (preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage high stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and ability to perform accurate data entry.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of newborn hearing screening services and serve as on-site technical lead.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and report staffing gaps.
• Review timecards and approve time off requests.
• Participate in Hearing Screen Technician interviews and hiring.
• Supervise Technicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s; provide real-time guidance.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, vaccinations, orientations and safety protocols.
• Manage daily state reporting and site-level data; monitor KPI dashboards.
• Maintain equipment checklists and coordinate with hospital leadership.
