Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the screening program across multiple sites within the region.

The role focuses on direct delivery of services, on-site technical leadership, and ensuring high-quality screening practices with limited administrative duties. Responsibilities include staffing, training, reporting, and equipment oversight, with availability for weekends/holidays as needed and strict adherence to hospital and protocol

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage high stress in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and ability to perform accurate data entry
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required
• Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening services and serve as on-site technical lead across multiple sites.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and escalate staffing gaps to the Hearing Screen Manager.
• Mentor Hearing Screen Technicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s while reviewing monthly staff meetings.
• Ensure onsite compliance with PPE, vaccinations and safety protocols.
• Supervise daily state reporting and monitor site-level data and dashboards.
