Responsibilities

• Oversee direct delivery of newborn hearing screenings across multiple sites.
• Act as on-site technical lead ensuring high-quality screening practices.
• Schedule staff coverage and monitor staffing gaps.
• Train new hires and conduct ongoing staff training.
• Manage reporting and data submission per state guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
