Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program across multiple sites within the region. This role serves as the on-site technical lead, ensuring high-quality screenings and real-time workflow support for families and hospital teams.

The position requires managing staff, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, with weekend/holiday coverage as needed. Strong communication and data responsibilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification required or must obtain upon offer.
• Minimum two years of experience as a manager or equivalent training/experience.
• Prior newborn/heathcare setting experience preferred.
• 1–2 years managing multiple sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct newborn hearing screening services and act as on-site technical lead.
• Ensure all eligible babies are screened and screenings follow clinical protocols.
• Create staff schedules to meet hospital obligations and program requirements.
• Supervise Hearing Screen Technicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing guidance and monitor KPI data.
