Job summary

AsstrA is seeking a Sales Specialist for our New York office to drive growth in a dynamic logistics environment. You will attract new clients through cold calling, build strong relationships, and sell ocean freight services with air/rail as a plus.

You will also work with existing clients, identify their needs, conduct negotiations, and prepare offers. Document activity in the CRM and strive to exceed sales targets in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sales/Customer Service will be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Exceptional problem solving and communicative skills.
• Proactivity and responsibility.
• Good team-working competences.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients and develop relationships via cold calling.
• Sell Ocean freight services (mainly); Air/Rail a plus.
• Work with existing clients.
• Recognize customer needs.
• Conduct business negotiations.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers.
• Provide expert knowledge across logistics solutions.
• Use CRM to document activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
