AsstrA is seeking a proactive freight forwarding sales professional to join our international team in New Jersey. You will execute and coordinate sea freight orders, develop client relationships, and help prepare competitive quotations.

You will negotiate with carriers, monitor service quality, and collaborate with global offices to meet KPIs. English fluency and a strong background in logistics are essential, with opportunities for career growth within our expanding ocean freight division.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 3 years experience in maritime transportation.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented and self-motivated.

Aufgaben

Execute and coordinate freight forwarding orders in international sea transport.
Select subcontractors, negotiate rates and terms with carriers, shipping lines, and customs agencies.
Develop relationships with clients and build new client connections.
Ensure the quality of services provided and monitor KPIs.
Prepare price offers for quotations and tenders with sales specialists and TL manager.
Collaborate daily with operational departments and international offices.
