AsstrA is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our New York office. You will attract new clients, build strong relationships, and drive ocean freight sales while leveraging CRM to document activity and forecast growth.

You will work with customers to understand needs, conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and help exceed sales targets. English fluency, proactive attitude, and teamwork are essential for success in our international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sales/Customer Service is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
• Proactivity and responsibility.
• Good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients and develop relationships with customers via cold calling.
• Sell Ocean services (mainly); Air/Rail experience is a plus.
• Work with existing clients and identify customer needs.
• Conduct business negotiations and prepare/submission of commercial offers.
• Provide expert knowledge across logistics solutions and use CRM to document activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.
