Job summary

AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG is seeking a Sales Specialist for their New York office. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, developing relationships, and selling ocean logistics services, with opportunities in air and rail.

You will work with existing clients, identify needs, and lead business negotiations. You will prepare commercial offers, provide expert logistics knowledge, and use CRM to document activity and forecast sales.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sales/Customer Service will be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Exceptional problem solving and communicative skills.

• Good team-working competences.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients and develop relationships via cold calling.
• Sell Ocean services (mainly) with Air/Rail as an advantage.
• Work with existing clients and recognize customer needs.
• Conduct business negotiations and prepare/submit commercial offers.
• Provide expert knowledge across logistics solutions.
• Use CRM to document activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
