Job summary

Architypes Talent Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Director to own New York opportunities from origination to close. You will leverage an extensive NY network of brokers, landlords, occupiers and property professionals to generate immediate wins while collaborating with leadership on bids and strategy.

The role is fully remote, based in the New York metro area, with a commission-based pay structure and the potential to lead significant workplace design/build projects across the city.

Qualifications

• Background in commercial real estate broking, property management, leasing or contractor-side business development.
• Current active New York City contacts network you can leverage immediately.
• Recent track record of originating and closing deals in workplace, design/build or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own new business development across New York from origination through to close.
• Leverage an established New York network of brokers, landlords, occupiers and property professionals to generate opportunities from day one.
• Work closely with the leadership team on bids, pitches and commercial strategy.
• Represent the firm in the New York market, building the brand with the CRE community at events and with clients.
