Qantas Group is seeking a Director of Sales, North America, based in New York. You will lead corporate and TMC sales strategy, manage major accounts and industry partnerships, and drive revenue growth across a highly competitive market.

You will oversee a small team, negotiate complex agreements, and collaborate with airline partners to shape modern distribution and NDC adoption while representing Qantas with commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in sales, commercial, distribution or revenue-focused leadership roles.
• Proven success developing and executing sales strategies that deliver revenue growth and market share gains.
• Strong leadership capability with experience building, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
