TCR INTERNATIONAL in the United States is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth across North America, build strategic airline and airport partnerships, and lead key account management.

The role is hybrid with 1–2 days of remote work, based in Newark, Detroit, Chicago, Boston, New York, or San Francisco. You will develop regional growth strategies, manage revenue delivery, and collaborate with global teams on complex aviation opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success in business development or key account management within aviation.
• Strong network across the aviation ecosystem.
• Commercial acumen with experience structuring and closing complex deals.
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop business cases, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies across GSE Leasing & Maintenance, Sale & Leaseback, and Airport Solutions.
• Lead key account management, conduct strategic business reviews, and foster long-term partnerships with airlines, airports, ground handlers, and OEMs.
• Oversee contract implementation, align service delivery with operational capabilities, and ensure accurate revenue billing.
• Standardize commercial processes, develop business cases, and negotiate contracts with a focus on profitability and compliance.
