Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Advanced PC skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prefer experience in healthcare or customer service.
• Experience with EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake for new patient referrals from multiple sources.
• Triages severity of diagnosis and schedules intake with patient.
• Collect and verify records to ensure proper scheduling and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate with referring physicians and outside entities for records.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to schedule first appointments.
