Tennessee Oncology is seeking a New Patient Liaison to manage the intake of referrals for its clinics. You will triage diagnoses, schedule intake, contact patients and referring physicians, and secure the first appointment while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a HS Diploma and strong computer skills (Word, Excel) with healthcare or customer service experience; familiarity with EMR is preferred. This full-time role is based in Nashville, TN.

• Answers incoming new patient calls and enters demographic and insurance information.
• Requests, collects and documents records to ensure proper scheduling and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensures referring physicians have received communication about the new patient visit.
• Communicates with outside entities to obtain new patient medical history records.
• Coordinates with clinic staff to schedule new patient appointments.
