Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold one of the listed coding certifications at hire and obtain an additional credential within one year.
• 1–3 years of coding experience is required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; encoder and EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize the internet and electronic resources for research purposes.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• One to three years of coding experience required
• Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with an encoder and Electronic Medical Records preferred
