Teradata is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our New Logo Elastic Compute Team in Raleigh, NC. You will identify, engage, and close net-new customers in a fast-growing, consumption-based software environment, partnering with Solution Architects and Marketing to scale our GTM motion.

The role blends hunter instincts with strategic sales, requiring pipeline generation, qualification, and end-to-end deal ownership from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Sales Account Executive in B2B software/cloud/data/AI environments.
• Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders to articulate value.
• Experience building pipeline, pursuing and closing net-new opportunities and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire net-new customers for Teradata's new Elastic Compute motion.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with rigorous qualification.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and Product.
