ServiceNow is seeking a New Logo Account Executive for Retail in IL/OH. You will identify new business by strategically targeting accounts, closing initial opportunities, and converting prospects to customers who will grow with us for years.

You’ll craft territory plans and leverage partners to sell value and long-term ROI of ServiceNow solutions. Post-sale you’ll transition accounts to the Account Management team while continuing to focus on net new logos.

Competenze

• Experience applying AI to work processes or using AI tools.
• Proven track record of new logo sales in IT service management, HR, Security Operations, CS, IT Operations Management or management consulting.
• Experience in territory strategy, planning and sales execution with measurable wins.
• Ability to understand broad, macro-level IT needs for a prospective client.
• Ability to break down a complex sales process into discrete activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to lead a matrix team and establish trust.
• Travel up to 50% across geography/region.
