Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Colorado is seeking an enthusiastic New Home Assistant to support New Home Advisors in optimizing sales and customer experience within assigned communities. The role offers growth toward a full New Home Advisor position.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, sharing community information, managing in-office tasks, CRM data entry, and reporting to management. Must have strong communication, 3+ years sales experience, and proficiency in MS Office. On-site in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages visitors to establish relationships and assist New Home Advisors in determining visitor needs and preferences.
• Provides information about the community, builder/Company, brand, and homes, emphasizing key selling messages and value proposition.
• Provides brochures, maps, mortgage information, price sheets, and other information.
• Assists in ensuring visitors are guided through the sales office, models, and inventory homes and questions are answered.
• Entrusts timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Keeps abreast of community and product knowledge to answer customer questions.
• Performs administrative tasks in the sales office (phones, scheduling, pre-qualifications, contracts, filing, escrow docs, notices, events, maintenance).
• Enters information into the CRM daily and assists with reports and summaries.
