Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Colorado seeks an experienced New Home Advisor to sell homes and optimize the customer experience across assigned communities near Arvada. You will lead model home tours, guide buyers through home sites, manage backlog, and drive sales using the CRM.

Collaboration with construction, care, design, and sales teams ensures a seamless journey from model to closing. The role requires real estate licensing as applicable and at least one year in sales, with strong MS Office and CRM

Qualifications

Real estate license required where state law permits.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
Working knowledge of homebuilding and residential real estate.

Responsibilities

Tour model homes with prospective buyers and deliver a sales presentation.
Take buyers to homesites, explain layout and property boundaries.
Maintain backlog, provide status updates with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Use CRM to drive sales activities and update information.
Explain and process sales documentation and purchase agreements.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Participate in traffic-driving efforts and follow-up with prospects.
Attend weekly division meetings and provide updates on prospect traffic.
Explain homebuilding and buying processes to customers to build confidence.
Respond promptly to external and internal stakeholders.
