Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Colorado is seeking an experienced New Home Assistant to support New Home Advisors and enhance the visitor experience within assigned communities. This role trains toward promotion into a full New Home Advisor position.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least 3 years of sales experience, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist New Home Advisors to assess needs.
• Provide information about the community, builder/Company, brand, and homes.
• Provide brochures, maps, mortgage information, price sheets.
• Assist New Home Advisors with office administration and CRM data entry.
• Follow up with customers through closing and post-closing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communities and products.
