Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Colorado is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to join our team near Commerce City. You will actively tour models, drive sales, and guide buyers through the home-buying process in assigned communities.

You will manage backlogs, utilize CRM, and collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth close and delivery. A real estate license and 1+ year sales experience are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year previous sales experience required.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively tours model homes with prospective buyers and drives the selling process.
• Lead buyers through community sites and home sites, explaining layout and build timelines.
• Maintain backlog and provide proactive status updates to buyers and teams.
• Utilize CRM to drive sales activities in assigned communities.
• Explain and process sales documentation, including purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sale-to-delivery process.
• Participate in traffic-driving activities and host events.
• Follow up to ensure successful closings in assigned communities.
