Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Charlotte is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to drive home sales and enhance the customer experience in our community portfolio. You will lead model home tours, guide buyers through the sales process, manage pipeline and backlog, and coordinate with construction, design studio, and customer care to ensure a seamless journey from tour to closing.

The role requires a real estate license (where required), at least one year of sales experience, and fluency with Microsoft

Qualifications

Real estate license, if required by state law.
Minimum of 1-year previous sales experience.
Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Actively tours model homes with prospective buyers and delivers an effective sales presentation, seeking to close buyers.
Guides prospects to homesites and explains community layout and future construction plans.
Maintains backlog and communicates with buyers and teams to ensure customer satisfaction after purchase.
Inputs and updates data in the CRM system to drive sales activities in assigned communities.
Explains and processes sales documentation, including form purchase agreements for homes in assigned communities.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure a seamless sales-to-delivery process.
Conducts traffic-driving activities and follows up with previous prospects to generate sales.
Travels weekly to onsite corporate offices for division sales rallies and events.
