Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a New Home Assistant. You will assist New Home Advisors in optimizing new home sales and customer experience within assigned communities, gaining knowledge to potentially advance to a full New Home Advisor role.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, sharing information about communities, providing brochures and mortgage details, guiding tours of models, and ensuring inquiries are answered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages visitors to establish relationships and assists New Home Advisors to determine visitor needs and preferences.
• Provides information about the community, builder/company, brand, and homes with emphasis on selling messages and value proposition.
• Provides brochures, maps, mortgage information, price sheets, and other required materials.
• Assists New Home Advisors to ensure visitors are guided through the sales office, models, and inventory homes and that questions are answered.
• Provides timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Keeps knowledge of community and product up-to-date to answer customer questions.
• Assists with administrative office tasks including phones, scheduling, pre-qualifying customers, contracts, filings, and CRM data entry.
• Enters information into CRM daily and assists with reports and summaries.
• Attends all sales meetings and trainings.
