Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh is looking for an enthusiastic New Home Assistant to join our sales team and help optimize the customer experience in assigned communities. You will greet visitors, share information about our homes and communities, and support advisors through the sales process from first contact to closing.

You will also handle CRM data entry, appointment scheduling, pre-qualifications, and the preparation of purchase contracts and escrow documents.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Greets and engages visitors to establish relationships and assists New Home Advisors in determining visitor needs.
Provides information about communities, homes, and the value proposition.
Distributes brochures, maps, mortgage information, price sheets and other information.
Pre-qualifies customers, supports site visits, and answers questions throughout the sales process.
Ensures timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
Maintains up-to-date product and community knowledge to address inquiries.
Handles administrative tasks: phones, scheduling, contracts, filing, reservations, escrow documentation, notices, events, and showroom upkeep.
Enters data into CRM daily and supports management with reports.
