Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Colorado is seeking a results-oriented New Home Advisor to drive sales and customer experience across assigned communities near Arvada. You will guide buyers through model tours, sites, and the homesite layout, while coordinating with construction, design, and care teams to optimize the homebuying journey.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, data entry in CRM, presentation of the purchase process, and active participation in traffic-generating activities and weekly events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license may be required by state law.
• Minimum of 1-year previous sales experience required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Tour model homes with prospective buyers and present the sales process.
• Lead buyers through sites and homesites, describing layouts and property boundaries.
• Maintain backlog communications and provide status updates to teams.
• Enter and update data in the CRM to drive sales activities.
• Explain and process sales documentation, incl. purchase agreement forms.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end process.
• Conduct traffic driving activities and host events.
• Follow up to ensure successful closings and returns visits.
