Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Colorado is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to join our team near Commerce City. You will sell homes and enhance the customer experience across assigned communities, guiding buyers through tours, home sites, and the build process.

You will manage CRM data, prepare purchase documents, and coordinate with sales, construction, and customer care to ensure smooth closes. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with real estate license if required, and at least one year of sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license, if required by state law.
• Minimum of 1-year previous sales experience required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively tours model homes with prospective buyers and delivers effective sales presentations.
• Guides buyers through homesites, inventory, and construction progress, explaining layouts.
• Maintains backlog communications and coordinates with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inputs and updates data in CRM to drive sales in assigned communities.
• Explains and processes sales documents, including purchase agreement forms.
• Works with other departments to ensure a seamless sales to delivery process.
• Participates in traffic driving activities and host events for prospects.
• Performs follow-up to secure successful closes in assigned communities.
