Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Sacramento is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to drive home sales and enhance the customer experience in assigned communities. The role involves conducting model home tours, guiding buyers through the sales process, and maintaining CRM data to optimize activities.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, host events, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective buyers, ensuring smooth closings and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Tour model homes with prospective buyers and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Show buyers homesites, explain community layout and property boundaries.
• Maintain backlog and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Update and utilize data in the CRM to drive sales activities.
• Explain and process sales documentation to complete purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless sales process from setup to close.
• Participate in traffic-driving events and follow-up with prospects to drive sales.
• Follow up to ensure successful closings in assigned communities.
• Travel weekly to onsite offices for division sales rallies and events.
• Explain the home building and buying process to customers clearly.
• Communicate professionally with managers, brokers, and buyers to drive sales.
• Prepare weekly traffic reports for management.
• Develop knowledge of competitor policies, programs, pricing, and products.
• Conduct regular competitive market analyses and report changes to management.
