Job summary

Lennar in San Diego seeks a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from first contact to closing, using Lennar’s selling approach to qualify needs, generate and close sales, and maintain a premium Welcome Center.

You’ll travel to communities, build relationships with Realtors, stay current on market trends, record customer interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools; strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads, using the 10-5-2-1 approach.
• Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers, referrals, and self-prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
