Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Houston is seeking a New Home Advisor to drive home sales and enhance the buyer experience within assigned communities. You will lead tours, guide buyers through home sites, and actively engage in the sales process from initial contact to close.

You will use the CRM system to manage prospective buyers, coordinate with construction and design teams, and prepare purchase documents. A strong emphasis on customer service and sales presentation is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
Real estate license may be required by state law.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in new homes preferred.
Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
Working knowledge of homebuilding and residential real estate industry.

Responsibilities

Actively tours model homes with prospective buyers and delivers a sales presentation.
Guides buyers through homesites, models, and community layout.
Maintains backlog and communicates status with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
Uses CRM to drive sales activities and track prospective buyers.
Explains and processes sales documents, includingpurchase agreements.
Coordinates with multiple departments to ensure a seamless process from setup to close.
