Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Houston is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to join our team and drive sales through engaging model tours and a customer-focused selling process. You will guide buyers from interest to close, manage site activities, and coordinate with construction, design, and customer care to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales, real estate knowledge, and strong presentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Real estate license, if required by state law.
Minimum of 1-year previous sales experience required.
New home sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Actively tours model homes with prospective buyers and drives effective sales presentations.
Lead buyers through homesites and communities, explaining layouts and features.
Maintain backlog and communicate status with buyers and internal teams.
Input and manage data in CRM to drive sales activities.
Explain and process sales documentation including purchase agreements.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless sales process from setup to close.
Engage in traffic-driving activities and host events to generate prospective buyers.
Follow up to ensure successful closings in assigned communities.
Travel weekly to onsite corporate offices for division rallies and events.
Explain the home building and buying process to customers to build confidence.
