Tricoast Homes is seeking ambitious home sales professionals in Houston to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on generating traffic, qualifying prospects, and guiding buyers through the home purchase process with support from real estate partners and lenders.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining materials, and coordinating with lenders to ensure timely closings, while upholding ethical standards and a customer-focused approach throughout the construction journey.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in sales or marketing.
• At least 3 years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends with variable days off.
• Experience with Microsoft Office systems (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for business travel.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals.
• Generate and manage customer traffic through networking and real estate agent outreach.
• Coordinate with buyers, agents, and lenders to smooth the closing process.
• Maintain marketing materials and studio signage for all communities.
• Attend regular studio and company meetings and keep files organized.
• Ensure mortgage documents are received and loan processing stays on track for closing.
• Support the construction team to ensure a positive buyer experience post-close.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
