Tri Pointe Homes Sacramento is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to sell homes in assigned communities and optimize the customer experience. You will actively tour model homes, guide buyers through available homesites, and manage backlog with cross-functional collaboration to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in new home sales, and a working knowledge of real estate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
• Real estate license, if required by state law.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Tour model homes with prospective buyers and deliver the sales presentation.
• Guide buyers through sites and explain community layout and homesites.
• Maintain backlog with proactive status updates and cross-team collaboration.
• Input and update data in the CRM to drive sales activities.
• Explain and process sales documents for purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Lead traffic-driving activities and events.
• Follow up to close sales.
