Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Houston is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to drive sales and optimize the customer experience within the assigned community. The role involves guiding buyers through model homes, explaining layouts, and closing sales while coordinating with construction, care, design, and support teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, a solid understanding of homebuilding and real estate, and the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Knowledge of homebuilding or residential real estate helpful.
• Ability to deliver clear, persuasive sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Actively tour model homes with prospective buyers and guide them through the selling process.
• Lead buyers through homesites and explain community layout and construction timelines.
• Maintain/broadcast backlog status and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enter and update data in CRM to drive sales activities in assigned communities.
• Explain and process sales documentation to complete the purchase agreement for homes in the community.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless experience from model setup to close and delivery of homes.
• Travel weekly to onsite offices for division meetings and events.
• Communicate effectively with buyers, brokers, and internal teams to drive sales.
