Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in new home construction or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using structured processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage processes, lot purchase, and construction timeline to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team.
• Utilize effective sales processes to build rapport and identify buyer needs and timing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting building process and value to buyers.
• Qualify buyers financially with understanding of financing programs (conventional, FHA, VA).
• Respond to lead calls and schedule meetings with potential customers.
