Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a primary sales representative for assigned communities to guide buyers from first contact through contract completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to stay current on products, options, timelines, and availability.

Responsibilities include leading tours, presenting models, generating leads, and ensuring accurate documentation while supporting sales targets and maintaining model home standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensed to sell real estate within Oregon and/or Washington.
• Up to 1 year of experience in home sales, real estate, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience managing customer interactions and completing sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective buyers through the new home selection and purchase process.
• Conduct community tours, demonstrate model homes, floorplans, and options.
• Prospect and generate new sales leads via referrals, events, marketing, and online platforms.
• Prepare and process accurate sales contracts and documentation.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and contract activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, Marketing, and Transactions teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address post-sale concerns.
• Stay informed of market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
