Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Community Sales Assistant to support customer engagement, prepare sales materials, and maintain accurate information in CRM. This role provides exposure to homebuilding sales processes, model home operations, and hands-on administrative support under supervision.

The position offers opportunities to learn products, sales workflows, and local market dynamics while contributing to a positive customer experience in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to ensure a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed, assisting with tours, and addressing routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales-related data in CRM, tracking tools, and other systems.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials to ensure a polished and organized environment.
• Support onsite events, community activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including contract preparation, paperwork, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory of sales materials, supplies, and model home readiness.
• Learn and understand local market, including competitor pricing, floor plans, and options offered.
