Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support community sales operations. You will engage with customers, assist with tours, and help prepare sales materials while maintaining CRM data accuracy and a welcoming showroom environment.

The role provides exposure to homebuilding sales processes, model home operations, and coordination with mortgage teams. Training will cover products, pricing, and customer service excellence to drive positive experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to provide a welcoming experience.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed and assisting with tours.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Assist with administrative tasks including contracts and reporting.
• Monitor inventory of sales materials and model home readiness.
• Support events and promotional initiatives.
• Learn local market, pricing, and product options.
