Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented community sales support professional to assist with customer engagement, tours, and administrative tasks. You will maintain CRM data, help prepare model homes, and support events to ensure a polished buyer experience.

You will gain exposure to homebuilding processes, collaborate with the sales team, mortgage staff, and other departments, and contribute to a welcoming, professional community environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Assist Sales Consultants, conduct tours, and answer routine buyer questions.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Support onsite events and promotional activities.
• Handle administrative tasks including contracts and reporting.
• Monitor inventory of sales materials and supplies.
• Learn products, sales processes, and homebuilding operations.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales team, and other departments.
