Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license, if required by state law.
• Minimum of 1-year previous sales experience required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Tours model homes with prospective buyers and delivers sales presentations.
• Shows homesites and explains community layout to buyers.
• Manages backlog and communicates with buyers post-purchase decisions.
• Inputs and uses data in CRM to drive sales activities.
• Explains and processes sales documentation and purchase agreements.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure a seamless process from setup to close.
• Participates in traffic-driving efforts and events.
• Performs follow-ups to close sales in assigned communities.
• Travels weekly to onsite offices for division events.
