The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, prefers new home sales, and can deliver persuasive presentations. Real estate licensing may be required by state law, with MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-year previous sales experience required.
New home sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Actively tours model homes with prospective buyers and delivers an effective sales presentation.
Takes prospective buyers to homesites and explains the community layout.
Maintains backlog communications and provides proactive status updates.
Inputs and utilizes data in the CRM to drive sales activities.
Explains and processes sales documentation for prospective buyers and completes purchase agreement forms.
Travels weekly to onsite corporate offices for division sales rallies and events.
