Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience across assigned communities. You will tour model homes, present the product, and guide buyers through the purchase journey.

You will maintain backlog updates, coordinate with sales, construction, and care teams, and input data in the CRM to fuel proactive outreach. A real estate license and at least one year of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Real estate license may be required by state law.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required.
New home sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
Current working knowledge of homebuilding and residential real estate.

Responsibilities

Actively tours model homes with prospective buyers and delivers a sales presentation.
Manages backlog and communicates with buyers post-purchase decisions across teams.
Inputs, updates and utilizes data in the CRM to drive sales activities.
Explains and processes sales documentation including purchase agreements.
Weekly travels to onsite offices for division sales rallies and events.
