Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to drive sales and enhance the customer experience across assigned communities.

You will tour model homes, guide buyers to sites, manage backlog, and coordinate with construction, design, and customer care to ensure a smooth journey from tour to closing.

The role requires real estate license, 1 year sales experience, and knowledge of homebuilding; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license required.
• Minimum of 1-year previous sales experience required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of homebuilding and residential real estate industry.
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Tour model homes with prospective buyers and present our sales process.
• Lead buyers through homesites and explain community layouts and home locations.
• Maintain backlog visibility and communicate status in weekly team meetings.
• Enter and update data in the CRM to drive sales activities.
• Explain and process sales documents, including purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Support traffic-driving activities and coordinate events.
• Follow up to ensure successful closings in assigned communities.
