Zusammenfassung

Tri Pointe Homes is seeking a New Home Advisor in Santa Clarita to lead the sales process for new homes, tours, and closings. You’ll manage buyers through model homes and communities, use CRM for activity tracking, and collaborate with construction, design, and care teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Weekly onsite meetings support sales rallies and team coordination. You will engage buyers, present information, and guide them toward signing purchase agreements while maintaining strong

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license, if required by state law.
• Minimum of 1 year previous sales experience required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Understanding of homebuilding and residential real estate.
• Ability to deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Tour model homes with buyers and present our sales process to close deals.
• Show homesites and explain community layouts and property lines.
• Maintain backlog communication and update management on prospects.
• Input and manage data in CRM to drive sales activities.
• Explain and process purchase agreements for eligible buyers.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth sales-to-delivery process.
• Lead traffic-driving activities and host events with brokers.
• Follow up to ensure successful closings in assigned communities.
• Attend weekly division meetings and sales rallies.
