Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes is seeking a New Home Advisor near Redlands, CA to drive home sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will tour model homes, guide buyers through sites, manage backlog, and use CRM to track activities in assigned communities.

The role requires a real estate license (where required), at least 1 year of sales experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. You’ll coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth closings and participate in events weekly.

Qualifications

• Real estate license may be required by state law.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of homebuilding and residential real estate industry.
• Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively tours model homes with prospective buyers and uses the selling process to present and close sales.
• Escort prospects to homesites, explain property lines and community layout.
• Maintain backlog and communicate status to stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Input and update data in CRM to drive sales in assigned communities.
• Explain and process sales documentation, including purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless sale-to-delivery process.
• Participate in traffic driving efforts and host events.
• Follow up to close sales in assigned communities.
• Travel weekly to onsite offices for division sales rallies and events.
• Explain homebuilding and buying process to buyers and address questions.
• Coordinate timely communications with managers, brokers, and homebuyers.
• Prepare weekly traffic reports and monitor competitive market activity.
