Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Colorado is seeking an experienced New Home Advisor to drive sales and enhance the customer experience in assigned communities. You will tour model homes, guide buyers through the process, and collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless sale from model to key delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, knowledge of homebuilding, and strong presentation skills. Base salary is around $36,000 with commission potential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience required.
• Real estate license, if required by state law.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Tours model homes with prospective buyers and guides them through the sales process to close sales.
• Shows buyers production and inventory homes at sites and explains property layouts.
• Maintains backlog and communicates updates with buyers and internal teams.
• Updates CRM and guides data entry to drive sales activities.
• Explains and processes purchase agreements for homes in assigned communities.
• Collaborates across departments to ensure a seamless sales-to-close process.
• Conducts traffic-driving activities including events and follow-up calls.
• Prepares weekly reports on prospective traffic for management.
• Travels weekly to onsite offices for division sales rallies.
• Educates buyers about home building and buying process.
• Responds professionally to stakeholders to drive sales.
• Resolves issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
