Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales Agents and community teams by following established sales and closing procedures.
• Learn pricing, homesite premiums, inventory management, and community offerings.
• Assist prospective buyers by demonstrating homes, homesites, and community features.
• Coordinate loan application setup and monitor financing process.
• Build strong relationships with homebuyers through exceptional service and consistent communication.
• Complete monthly market analyses to support community sales efforts.
• Maintain Sales Centers, model homes, and inventory displays.
