Hakes Brothers is hiring a New Home Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing in the El Paso area. You will present model homes, manage leads, and coordinate with realtors to grow sales.

The role emphasizes honesty, product knowledge, and a proactive sales process, using HubSpot for data integrity and ongoing prospecting. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years in sales preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience, preferably commission-based.
• Preferred: at least two years of new home sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire buyer journey.
• Generate and foster leads with realtors, referrals, and prospective buyers.
• Follow up on leads and manage prospects consistently.
• Present model homes and community amenities to visitors.
