Job summary

Hakes Brothers in Las Cruces, NM seeks a New Home Advisor to ensure an excellent buyer experience from first contact through closing.

You will prospect leads, present model homes, manage CRM (HubSpot), and collaborate with realtors to grow sales while maintaining integrity and professional appearance.

Requires at least two years in sales, high school diploma, and a passion for homebuilding and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least two years' sales experience (commission-based preferred).
• Preferred: two years' New Home Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
• Generate and foster leads with realtors, referrals and potential buyers.
• Proactively follow up on leads and manage buyer relationships.
• Represent Hakes Brothers at model home events and sponsored activities.
• Become proficient in sales strategies, product knowledge, and negotiations.
• Maintain promotional signage around the assigned community.
• Conduct presentations to model home visitors and demonstrate amenities.
• Promote inventory homes on MLS, email blasts, flyers and events.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly competitor market analyses as applicable.
• Utilize CRM to prospect and manage buyer leads.
• Attend sales meetings and luncheons; build relationships with realtors.
• Prepare paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers.
• Communicate construction start/completion dates through closing.
