Hunt Companies, Inc. seeks a Sales Representative in El Paso, TX to sell homes at established prices and meet monthly sales goals. You will identify buyers’ needs, provide exceptional service, and drive continuous improvement across the team while coordinating marketing efforts and lender relations.

You will manage buyers through the entire process, maintain records, and ensure homes and model homes are well presented. A license and PC skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of progressive home sales experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage buyers from initial contact through construction and closing.
• Meet monthly sales plan by prospecting, following up leads, and securing Realtor relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of community demographics and pricing.
• Keep pricing, floor plans, elevations, options, features, products, and buyers records up to date.
• Maintain show homes, models, and sales offices in excellent condition per SOPs.
• Coordinate marketing activities from the monthly community calendar and create content for guests' home‑buying experience.
• Communicate with buyers about contracts, construction progress, loan needs, and updates.
